Heat exchangers

Cofrin builds shell and tube heat exchangers (condensers, evaporators, oil coolers, etc.), based on the customer’s design or on the design of our Technical Department, complete with certification according to Directive 2014/68 / UE-PED (Pressure Equipment Directive ).

FUNCTION
The heat exchangers are heat exchangers which ensure the passage of heat flow from fluid refrigerant to the external environment (condenser), or from outside needed to cool the refrigerant fluid (evaporator).

CONSTRUCTION
They consist of a cloak made of steel tube carbon, or, for diameters greater, from a tin cylinder of carbon steel welded and calendered. At the end of the mantle are two plates welded steel tubiere in which they are housed by welding or mandrinatura of steel tubes and drawn without welds. Heads steel, with diaphragms complete the apparatus

RANGE OF PRODUCTS
Production includes exchangers with exchange surface from 5 to 300 square meters. (Both in design reviews that its project).

APPLICATIONS
The exchangers are widely used in the chemicals, petrochemicals, food and general all those processes where required passage of heat flow from fluid refrigerant to the external or vice versa.
